Every email you send from Modash should look and feel like it came straight from your regular inbox - and that includes your signature. If you've already set up a signature in Gmail, Modash automatically pulls it in. No copy-pasting, no reformatting. Just connect your Gmail and your signature follows.
How it works
Modash syncs the Gmail signature you've set as the default for new emails. Once it's set up in Gmail, every email you send from Modash - whether it's a new message or a reply - will include your signature automatically.
How to set up your Gmail signature for Modash
If you already have a default Gmail signature, you're all set - Modash will pick it up automatically. If not, follow these steps:
Open Gmail settings. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Gmail, then click See all settings.
Create or edit your signature. Scroll down to the Signature section in the General tab. Create a new signature or edit an existing one.
Set it as the default. Under the signature editor, find the "For new emails use" dropdown and select your signature. This is the specific signature Modash will sync.
Enable it in Modash. Send your first email from Modash and your signature will appear. You only need to do this once - after that, Modash pulls it in automatically for every email.
That's it. Your signature is now live across all emails sent from Modash.
Good to know
Only the "For new emails use" signature syncs. Modash specifically reads the signature assigned to new emails in your Gmail settings. Other signatures you've created won't be used.
No default signature = no signature in Modash. If you haven't set a default in Gmail, Modash won't display one until you do.
Updates sync automatically. If you change your Gmail signature later, make sure it's still selected as the default and Modash will pick up the changes.
Applies to all emails. Your signature appears on new emails and replies sent from Modash.
You can remove it per email. Click the pen icon in the email composer to remove your signature from a specific email.

Why isn't my Gmail signature showing up in Modash?
Make sure you've set a default signature in Gmail under "For new emails use" in your Gmail settings. If no default is selected, Modash won't have a signature to pull in.
I updated my signature in Gmail but Modash still shows the old one. What do I do?
Check that your updated signature is still selected as the default under "For new emails use" in Gmail settings. Once it's set, Modash will sync the latest version.
Can I have different signatures for different emails?
Modash uses one signature - the one set as your default for new emails in Gmail. You can't assign different signatures to different emails within Modash, but you can remove the signature from individual emails using the pen icon in the composer.
Can I remove my signature from a specific email?
