Your outreach should never grind to a halt just because follow-ups are stacking up. Modash uses three separate daily limits for bulk emails, so new outreach and follow-ups each get their own lane. You're always free to reach new creators, no matter how busy your sequence queue gets.
How the three limits work
Every connected email account has three daily caps for bulk emails:
1. New outreach emails - 100 per day
This is the maximum number of new creators you can email per day through bulk sending. Even if your follow-up queue is completely full, you can still send all 100 new outreach emails.
2. Follow-up emails - 300 per day
These are the second, third, fourth (and beyond) emails in a sequence. Follow-ups are capped separately so they never eat into your new outreach allowance.
3. Total daily cap - 400 bulk emails
This is the absolute maximum number of bulk emails (new outreach + follow-ups combined) that can be sent from one email account in a day. Nothing goes above this ceiling.

How scheduling works
When you assign creators to a sequence, the first email starts sending right away and counts against your new outreach cap for that day.
Follow-up emails are scheduled based on the delays you set in your sequence. At the moment of scheduling, Modash checks how many follow-ups are already lined up for that day. If there's room, the email gets that day. If not, it gets pushed to the next available day.
Once a date is assigned to a follow-up, it stays fixed. Modash does not reschedule emails that are already queued.
Send intervals
Modash staggers bulk email delivery to protect your domain reputation. Every bulk email - whether it's new outreach or a sequence follow-up - is sent with a randomized delay of 5 to 30 seconds between each message.
This staggered, randomized sending keeps your emails out of spam folders and your domain health in great shape.

Will follow-ups ever block my new outreach?
Never. New outreach and follow-ups have completely separate limits. You can always send up to 100 new outreach emails per day, even if you have 300 follow-ups scheduled.
Do one-off emails count toward these limits?
No. Regular emails you send from your inbox - replies, individual messages, conversations - are not affected by bulk email limits.
What happens if my follow-up limit is full for the day?
The follow-up gets pushed to the next available day. Dates are assigned when the sequence is created and stay fixed after that.
Do these limits apply per person or per workspace?
Per connected email account. If you have three team members with connected accounts, each person has their own set of limits (100 new outreach, 300 follow-ups, 400 total).
