How to create a sequence
Click New sequence.
Give your sequence a name (e.g., "Gifting Outreach 3-Step").
Add your first email - this is your initial outreach message.
Click Add step to create follow-up emails.
Set the delay between each step (e.g., wait 3 days after the previous email).
Write the content for each follow-up.
Use variables like

Each follow-up sends as a reply in the same email thread, so creators see one clean conversation instead of scattered messages. Modash sends all bulk emails - including sequence follow-ups - with a randomized delay of 5 to 30 seconds between each message to protect your domain reputation and keep deliverability high.
When sequences stop automatically
Modash has three exit criteria that stop a sequence for a creator. You can review and adjust these in your sequence's Settings tab:
Reply received - if a creator replies to any email in the sequence, it stops automatically. No more awkward "just checking in" after they already said yes.
Relationship status changes - if you or a team member changes the creator's relationship status, the sequence stops. Useful when you've moved a creator to a different stage.
Email bounced - if any email in the sequence bounces, it stops immediately. This is always on and can't be turned off, protecting your domain reputation.
Sending a sequence to creators
You can start a sequence from several places in Modash:
Modash sends the first email immediately and queues up every follow-up automatically. What used to take you an entire afternoon of manual follow-ups now happens in a single click.
Your new outreach and follow-ups have separate daily limits, so a busy follow-up queue never blocks you from reaching new creators. You can send up to 100 new outreach emails and up to 300 follow-up emails per day, with a total daily cap of 400 bulk emails per connected email account. If a day's follow-up slots are full, Modash pushes the next follow-up to the following available day.
Tracking sequence performance
You're not sending emails into the void. Open your sequence in Sequences to see key metrics at a glance:
Enrolled - how many creators have entered the sequence
In Progress - how many are currently active
Completed - how many have finished or exited via an exit criteria
Failed - how many had email delivery failures
Want per-step performance? Use templates for each sequence step. Open and reply stats for each template appear on the Templates page, so you can see exactly which step drives the most engagement.
