Quick Save: one click, one creator
Spot a great creator while browsing? Hover over their card and click Save to instantly add them to your most recently used list. No dialogs, no extra clicks, just a quick toast confirmation that they've been added.
If you don't have a recent list (or want a new one), click the dropdown next to Save, start typing a list name, and create a new list inline without ever leaving your search results.
Bulk save: up to 1,000 at once
Run a search in Discover using your preferred filters.
Click the Bulk Save button at the top of your search results.
Use the slider to choose how many of the top results you want to save.
Select an existing list or create a new one.
Click Save - that's it. Your list is ready to go.
Bulk save is count-based: it saves the top results from your search ranked by relevance. There are no individual checkboxes to tick.
From AI search results: Up to 100 creators can be saved in one action.
From regular search results: Up to 1,000 creators can be saved in one action.
Creating a new list while saving
You don't need to set anything up ahead of time. When the bulk save dialog appears, you can create a brand new list right there - name it, save to it, and keep going.
Pick names that make your lists easy to find later. Something like "Spring Campaign 2026" or "Fitness Micro-Influencers" keeps things sharp as your creator database grows.

What happens after you save
This is where it gets exciting. Your saved creators land in Manage, and from there your entire influencer workflow opens up:
Add notes, custom fields, and labels to every creator
Assign creators to team members so everyone knows who's handling what
Track outreach status and keep relationships moving forward
Filter, sort, and slice your lists however you need
Once your list is built, you're one click away from reaching out through Email, adding creators to campaigns in Track, or paying them through Pay. One bulk save kicks off your entire campaign pipeline.

Can I save the same creator to multiple lists?
Yes. Creators can live in as many lists as you need. Great for when someone fits both "Beauty Creators" and "Spring Campaign."
What if I accidentally saved the wrong creators?
Head to Manage, open your list, and remove them. Takes seconds.
Do saved creators get notified?
No. Everything in Modash is completely private to your team. Creators only hear from you when you decide to reach out.
Can I export my saved lists?
Yes. Export any list to CSV with all creator data - emails, follower counts, and engagement rates. Ready for reports or sharing with your team.
Is there a limit to how many creators I can save in total?
No limit on total saves. The only caps are per-save: 100 from AI search and 1,000 from regular search. Save as many as you need to scale your program.
What happens if I save a creator who's already on the list?
Modash prevents duplicates automatically. If a creator is already on the list, you'll see a notice and they won't be added again.
Can I save a creator to multiple lists at once?
Quick Save adds to one list at a time for speed. To add a creator to additional lists, open their profile and save to other lists from there.
