How to create a list
You can go from searching to a fully loaded list in seconds. Save search results directly from Discover - hit the Save button on any search results page or on a creator's profile, and you'll be prompted to choose an existing list. If you're looking to create a new one, type out the name of the new list first, and you'll see a button to confirm creation:

When saving a creator, take a moment to leave notes or add labels about why you're saving them. These details make outreach smoother and help your team stay aligned.
Name your lists clearly
Good naming turns a pile of creators into a system you can actually work with. When your team can glance at a list name and immediately know what's inside, everything moves faster.
Name lists by the characteristic that matters most: country, influencer tier, product or client, campaign name and date, keywords used in Discover, or lookalikes of another creator. Something like "Summer 2026 - Beauty Micro" or "Fitness - Brand Ambassadors" tells the whole story at a glance.

Assign statuses: See exactly where every creator stands at a glance (Outreach started, Negotiating, Active, etc.)
Create labels: Tag and segment creators however you need - by niche, content style, priority, or anything else
Leave notes: Capture the details that make outreach personal and partnerships stronger
Attach documents: Keep briefs, contracts, invoices, and other paperwork right on the creator's profile (PDFs only, up to 10MB per document, 10 documents per creator)

Your list columns now include performance and audience data, so you can compare creators without opening individual profiles:
Performance: avg. likes, avg. comments, avg. views (YouTube & TikTok), and avg. reel plays (Instagram)
Audience: audience country, audience city (Instagram only), audience age, and audience gender - with hover breakdowns for quick comparison
Added to list: see when each creator was added to your list
Click Edit columns to choose which columns to show, hide, or reorder. Preferences are saved per list, per user.
Custom columns
Need to track data that Modash doesn't offer out of the box? Create your own custom columns to track workflow-specific information directly in your lists:
Supported field types: text, number, percentage, currency, date, URL, and checkbox
Workspace-wide: Custom columns are shared across all your lists, but only visible by default in the list where they were created. Enable them on any other list at any time
Limit: Each team can create up to 50 custom columns
Custom columns are perfect for tracking things like content rights status, market/region, shoe sizes, approval statuses, campaign-specific details, or anything else your workflow requires. You can sort and filter by custom columns directly in your lists.
Pro tip: Set up statuses and assignments as soon as you create a list. When it's time to launch a campaign, you won't waste a single minute figuring out who's handling what - you'll already know.

The All creators list gives you a combined view of every creator across all your lists. From here you can:
Select individual creators and export them
Export all creators matching your current search and filters
Export your entire creator base in one go
This makes it easy to build cross-list exports, create reports, or pull data without jumping between individual lists.

How many lists can I create?
There's no limit to the number of lists you can create in Modash.
Can I organise lists into folders?
Currently, Modash doesn't support folder structures. Use clear naming conventions to keep lists organised (like "2026 Q1 - Beauty Micro" or "Beauty - Brand Ambassadors").
Can multiple team members work on the same list?
Yes. All team members with access to your Modash workspace can view and edit lists.
What happens if I delete a list?
Deleting a list removes it permanently, but the creators in that list remain in your other lists and in Modash. This won't affect any active campaigns.
Can I see which lists a creator is already in?
Yes. Open a creator's profile and you'll see all the lists they're currently added to.
Can I merge two lists together?
You can't merge lists automatically, but you can select all creators from one list and add them to another list manually.
Can I import from an Excel file, not just CSV?
Yes. The import wizard supports both CSV and XLSX files. Drag and drop your file, and AI will auto-map your columns - no manual reformatting needed.
What performance and audience data can I see in my lists?
You can view avg. likes, avg. comments, avg. views, avg. reel plays, audience country, audience city (Instagram only), audience age, and audience gender directly in your list columns. Click Edit columns to enable them.
