How to set a creator's status
Open Manage and select the list you want to work in.
Find the Status column in your list view (you may need to add it from column settings).
Click on a creator's status field.
Select the appropriate status from the dropdown.
Update the status as your relationship progresses.
Default status options
Modash comes with built-in statuses so you can start building your pipeline immediately:
Shortlisted - creators you're considering for a partnership
Contacted - you've sent initial outreach
Active - currently working together
Ended - partnership finished
Blocked - creator isn't a fit or has been excluded
Creating custom statuses
Your pipeline, your rules. If your process includes stages like "Contract sent," "Content approval," or "VIP partner," create custom statuses that match exactly how your team closes deals. No rigid templates, no workarounds - just a pipeline that works the way you do.
To add custom statuses:
Click on any creator's Status field and select Manage statuses at the bottom of the dropdown.
Scroll down to the Relationship statuses section.
Click Add new status and name it whatever fits your workflow.
Filtering by status
This is where statuses get really powerful. Need to follow up with 50 creators? Filter to "Contacted" to find everyone waiting for a follow-up. Switch to "Active" to see your current partnerships at a glance.
Combine status filters with assignments or custom fields and you've got a laser-focused view of your entire pipeline - no scrolling, no guessing, just the creators who need your attention right now.
Bulk-updating statuses
Just wrapped up a campaign launch? Closed out a round of outreach? Select multiple creators from your list view and move them all to the next stage at once. No clicking through profiles one by one - your pipeline stays current in seconds.

See the full relationship history
Open any creator's profile and check the Activity Timeline in the relationship sidebar. It shows a chronological history of every team interaction with that creator:
Emails sent and received
Status changes
Campaign assignments
Discount codes added
Ownership changes

When you open a profile, you instantly see everything that's happened - who reached out, when the status changed, which campaigns they've been part of, and every other touchpoint your team has had.
You can also see which campaigns a creator is in, their stage, and posting status directly in the CRM card - no need to switch to Track. Click dates to jump to filtered content, edit stages inline, copy tracking links or codes, or remove a creator from a campaign - all without leaving the creator's profile.

Modash doesn't currently show status change history. You can add notes to creator profiles to document important status transitions and dates.

Yes. Anyone with access to your Modash workspace can update creator statuses.
Can I automate status changes?
Status updates are currently manual. You'll need to update them as partnerships progress.
Does status sync with Track campaigns?
Status is managed independently in Manage. When you add creators to Track campaigns, campaign-specific tracking is handled separately.
