How to set a creator's status
Open Manage and select the list you want to work in.
Find the Status column in your list view (you may need to add it from column settings).
Click on a creator's status field.
Select the appropriate status from the dropdown.
Update the status as your relationship progresses.
Default status options
Modash comes with built-in statuses so you can start building your pipeline immediately:
Shortlisted - creators you're considering for a partnership
Contacted - you've sent initial outreach
Active - currently working together
Ended - partnership finished
Blocked - creator isn't a fit or has been excluded
Creating custom statuses
Your pipeline, your rules. If your process includes stages like "Contract sent," "Content approval," or "VIP partner," create custom statuses that match exactly how your team closes deals. No rigid templates, no workarounds - just a pipeline that works the way you do.
To add custom statuses:
Click on any creator's Status field and select Manage statuses at the bottom of the dropdown.
Scroll down to the Relationship statuses section.
Click Add new status and name it whatever fits your workflow.
Filtering by status
This is where statuses get really powerful. Need to follow up with 50 creators? Filter to "Contacted" to find everyone waiting for a follow-up. Switch to "Active" to see your current partnerships at a glance.

Bulk-updating statuses
