How to check email opens
Pro tip: Open tracking works when creators load images in their email client. Some email providers block tracking pixels by default, so not every open will be recorded. If the eye icon doesn't appear, it doesn't necessarily mean they haven't read it.
When a creator replies to your email, their response appears in Modash and in your regular email inbox automatically. No manual syncing, no switching tabs - just open the conversation in Email and pick up right where you left off.
Using statuses to stay organised
You can add statuses to your conversations to track where things stand. Mark creators as interested, not interested, or any status that fits your workflow. Then filter by status in your Sent tab to instantly find the conversations that need your attention.

You can also see email tracking data directly on creator profiles in Manage. Open a creator's profile to see when they last opened an email from you and whether they've replied - right alongside their audience data and performance stats.
