Every invoice is generated automatically at the start of each billing cycle - no requests, no waiting. Each one includes everything your finance team needs, ready to go.
Click your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Billing details.
Scroll to your invoice history.
Click Download next to any invoice.
Updating billing information
Need to change your company name, address, or VAT number on future invoices? You can update it in Billing details.
If you have any specific requests, you can contact support via in-app chat or hello@modash.io with the updated details. For security, billing updates must be requested from the account holder's email address.

Want your finance team to receive invoice notifications without giving them full access to your Modash workspace? Contact support to add extra email addresses for billing communications.

Payment methods
Modash accepts the following payment methods:
Credit card - Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your card is charged automatically based on your billing cycle (monthly or annual).
Invoice/bank transfer - Available for all annual plans. Contact support at hello@modash.io to set this up.

From Current usage, you can see exactly how your team is using the platform - profile analyses, email unlocks, tracked creators, and more. It's the quickest way to make sure you're getting the most out of your plan.
Pro tip: Only Team Owners can access billing, invoices, and payment methods. If you're not seeing these options, check with your Team Owner.
