How changing your current subscription works

Your Modash subscription is the engine behind your influencer program. It controls how many creators you can track, profiles you can analyse, emails you can unlock, and how many team members can jump in. The right plan means your team never hits a wall mid-campaign.

Scaling up for a big campaign season? Need to track more creators, unlock more emails, or bring teammates on board? You can level up in seconds.

How to view your current plan

  1. Click your initials in the top right corner.

  2. Click the Current plan tab.

You'll see your plan name, billing cycle, next payment date, and a full breakdown of your current usage.

How to upgrade your plan

  1. Review the available plans and what's included.

  2. Select the plan you want and click Upgrade to Performance/Essentials.

  3. Confirm your payment details.

Your new plan takes effect immediately - no waiting, no downtime. You'll only be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing cycle.

More capacity means more creators tracked, more profiles analysed, and more emails unlocked. If your team has been bumping up against limits, upgrading removes those blockers instantly.

Pro tip: Annual plans give you the best value. And since long-term creator partnerships consistently outperform one-off campaigns, committing to an annual plan sets you up for bigger wins all round!

How to downgrade your plan

  1. Review the available plans and what's included.

  2. Select the plan you want and click Subscribe to Performance/Essentials.

  3. Confirm your payment details.

Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You'll keep full access to your current features until then.

How to cancel your subscription

  1. Click the Current plan tab.

  2. Click Cancel plan under your current subscription.

Your cancellation takes effect on your next billing date. You'll keep access to all features until then.

What happens after you cancel

Your data stays accessible for 90 days after cancellation. During that time, you can resubscribe and pick up right where you left off.

After 90 days, your account data is permanently deleted. Make sure to export any lists, campaigns, or reports you want to keep before your subscription ends.

Track your team's usage

In Plan & billing, click the Current plan tab to see exactly how your team is putting Modash to work.

You can monitor usage for profiles analysed, emails/exports unlocked, tracked creators, and team seats. Usage resets at the start of each billing cycle.

Hitting your limits regularly? That's a good sign - it means your team is active and growing. Upgrading unlocks more capacity so nobody has to slow down.

Delete your account

To permanently delete your Modash account, reach out to support@modash.io or message the team through the pink chat bubble.

⚠️ Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data - saved lists, campaigns, tracked creators, and team settings - will be permanently removed.

FAQs

  • What happens to my data if I downgrade to a lower plan?

    Your data stays safe. You'll keep access to existing lists and campaigns, but may need to reduce tracked creators to fit within your new plan's limits.

  • How do upgrades and downgrades affect my billing?

    Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing date.

  • Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?

    Yes. Choose your preferred billing cycle when changing plans. The change takes effect from your next billing date. Annual plans offer the best value.

  • Who can manage the subscription?

    Only team owners can change subscription plans.

  • What happens to my data after I cancel?

    Your data stays accessible for 90 days. You can resubscribe and restore everything during that window. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted.

  • Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes. Go to Plan & billing, click Current plan, then click Cancel plan. You'll have full access until your next billing date.
