Your emails from Modash should look like they came straight from your regular inbox. Now you can create a signature directly inside Modash, or sync one from Gmail. Both methods work in seconds, and your signature appears on every email you send.
Create a signature inside Modash
This works for both Gmail and Outlook users. Build your signature right inside the email composer without leaving Modash.
Click the Signature button in the editor toolbar.
Create your signature directly in the editor. You can add text, links, and images (including your logo).
Save it.
Your signature is now set. It will appear automatically at the bottom of every new email and reply you send from Modash.
đĄ Outlook user? You can copy-paste your existing Outlook signature straight into the Modash signature editor. Images you paste are uploaded automatically.
Sync your Gmail signature
If you're on Gmail and already have a signature set up, Modash can pull it in automatically. No copy-pasting needed.
Open Gmail settings. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of Gmail, then click See all settings.
Create or edit your signature. Scroll down to the Signature section in the General tab. Create a new signature or edit an existing one.
Set it as the default. Under the signature editor, find the "For new emails use" dropdown and select your signature. This is the specific signature Modash will sync.
Select it in Modash. Open the email composer, click the Signature button, and select Signature from Gmail. Modash imports your signature with its full formatting, including images and logos.
Once set as your default, Modash pulls in your Gmail signature automatically for every new email.
Editing and removing your signature
Edit your signature: Open the Signature menu in the composer to update your signature at any time.
Remove from a single email: Click the pen icon in the email composer to remove your signature from that specific email.
Delete your signature: Open the Signature menu and delete it. Your emails will be sent without a signature until you create or sync a new one.
If you update your Gmail signature, make sure it's still selected as the default under "For new emails use" in Gmail settings, then re-select Signature from Gmail in Modash to pull in the latest version.

Does this work with Outlook?
Yes! You can create a signature directly inside Modash, or copy-paste your Outlook signature into the signature editor. Images you paste are uploaded automatically.
Can I use a different signature for different emails?
Modash uses one signature per connected email account. You can remove the signature from individual emails using the pen icon, but you can't assign different signatures to different emails.
Why isn't my Gmail signature showing up in Modash?
Make sure you've set a default signature in Gmail under "For new emails use" in your Gmail settings. Then open the Signature menu in the Modash composer and select Signature from Gmail.
I updated my signature but Modash still shows the old one. What do I do?
For Gmail: check that your updated signature is still selected as the default, then re-select Signature from Gmail in the Modash composer. For signatures created in Modash: open the Signature menu and edit it directly.
Can I include my company logo in my signature?
Yes. Add images directly in the Modash signature editor, or include them in your Gmail signature before syncing. Images are uploaded and attached automatically when you send.
Can I remove my signature from a specific email?
Yes. Click the pen icon in the email composer to remove or edit the signature for that particular email.
