How to assign creators
Open Manage and select the list you want to work with.
Find the Assigned to column in your list view (you may need to add it from column settings).
Select a team member from the dropdown.

Bulk assigning creators
Got 50 creators to distribute across your team? Don't do it one by one. Select multiple creators from your list view and update the assignment field for all of them in one click.

Filtering by assignment
Here's where it gets really good. Once creators are assigned, each team member can filter the list to see only their creators. Your personal pipeline, front and center - no scrolling through hundreds of creators to find your people.
Pro tip: Combine assignment filters with status filters and you've got a superpower. Filter to creators assigned to you with status "Reached out" and you'll instantly see everyone waiting for your follow-up. No more missed replies!
Reassigning creators
Workloads shift and team members move on - that's normal. When it happens, click the assignment field and swap in a new owner. The new person picks up right where things left off, with full context intact.
To reassign in bulk, filter by the outgoing team member's name, select all their creators, and update the assignment in one go. Seamless handoff, zero dropped partnerships.

No. All team members can still view and edit all creators regardless of assignment. Assignments are organisational, not permission-based.
