Every great partnership starts with a profile report. Before you reach out, before you negotiate, before you spend a single dollar - you need to know if a creator's audience, content, and track record are the real deal. Modash gives you the full picture in seconds. No asking creators for screenshots. No spreadsheets. No guessing. Just open a profile, and you'll know exactly what you're working with.

What's in a profile report

When you click on a creator's profile in Discover or Manage, you'll see a detailed report that includes:

  • Audience demographics: Age, gender, location, language, and interests - know exactly who you're reaching

  • Engagement metrics: Engagement rate, average likes, average comments, and average views - see how actively the audience interacts

  • Growth trends: Follower growth over time so you can spot rising creators or declining accounts

  • Content overview: Recent posts, popular posts, and content topics - understand what the creator actually posts about

  • Brand collaborations: Which brands the creator has worked with and how sponsored content performs compared to organic

  • Audience credibility: The percentage of real vs fake followers - your safety net against inflated numbers

  • Lookalike creators: Similar creators based on content topics and audience overlap - find more of what works

How to open a profile report

  1. Go to Discover or open a list in Manage.

  2. Click on any creator in your search results or list.

  3. The report opens with an overview and tabs for deeper data.

That's it. In a few clicks, you go from knowing nothing about a creator to having every data point you need to make a confident decision. Explore audience insights, content performance, and brand collaborations - each tab gives you a focused view so you can find the exact data point you need, fast.

Pro tip: Check the Brand collaborations tab to see how a creator's sponsored posts perform compared to organic ones. A big drop in engagement on sponsored content is a red flag - it means the audience doesn't respond well to ads.

Downloading profile reports

Want to wow your team or clients with a polished creator report? Download a full report on any profile as a professional PDF - perfect for stakeholder presentations, partnership proposals, or getting buy-in from leadership.

  1. Open the creator's profile.

  2. Click the Open full report button.

  3. Then click Download PDF.

Once a creator checks out, don't wait. Save them to a list in Manage, reach out via Email, and track their campaign content in Track. From data to decision to action - all in one flow. The best creators get snapped up fast, and with profile reports you'll always be first to spot them.

FAQs

  • How often is profile report data updated?

Profile data refreshes automatically. Very basic data like follower count updates at least weekly. Full audience analysis refreshes monthly. You don't need to do anything to trigger a refresh.

  • Can I export multiple profile reports at once?

Currently, reports are exported one at a time. If you need data on multiple creators, you can export your list as a CSV which includes key metrics.

  • What does "credibility score" mean?

The credibility score estimates the percentage of real followers. A score of 80% means roughly 80% of followers appear to be real people and 20% are likely bots or inactive accounts.

  • Why is some audience data missing for a creator?

Audience data depends on the platform and account size. Some smaller or newer accounts may not have full audience analysis yet. Modash starts collecting this data once you view their profile, and you'll have the full report within about 48 hours.

  • Can I share a profile report with someone outside my team?

Yes. Export the report as a PDF and share the file directly. The recipient doesn't need a Modash account to view it.
