Nowadays, most browsers (thankfully) come with a built-in pop-up blocker, and these can be a godsend in most cases. That said, they can cause confusion in other cases - like when you try to export a list on Modash!
If you are trying - and trying - and trying to export a list from your Relationships tab, but there is simply nothing happening, this pesky pop-up blocker is likely the case. Not to worry though, we're here to save the day!
To remove this pop-up blocker from Modash, there are only a few steps - and once it's gone, you won't have to do it again!
How to disable your pop-up blocker for Modash -
Click Export Data to download your list.
Click Export Profiles and choose Export X Profiles.
Once the export is complete, you will see Pop Up Blocked appear in your toolbar.
Click the Pop Up Blocked icon within your toolbar.
Choose Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://marketer.modash.io and click Done.
Click Export Data and choose Export History this time.
Navigate to your last export and click Download.
