Building strong influencer partnerships means making sure they get paid—quickly, securely, and hassle-free. Modash’s payments tool makes the process seamless. Here’s how to make and track your first payment.
Making your first payment
Get started by navigating to the 'Payments' tab to the left of your screen after logging into Modash.
Step 1: Log into Modash and go to the Pay tab.
Step 2: Start a new payment by clicking on the blue tab on your right.
Step 3: Fill in the required details:
Platform: Where the influencer provided their service (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Username: The creator’s handle (e.g., @modash).
Email: The influencer’s correct payment email.
Payment details: Agreed price, currency, and a brief description of deliverables.
Contract: Attach the PDF contract or a screenshot to support the agreement.
After entering the details above, you can confirm that the information is correct by checking the box and save the payment.
Step 4: Send the payment link to the influencer.
Tracking your payments
After you’ve created the payment, you can track its status by checking the progress bar on the payment profile. Here’s what to do:
Go to the Pay tab and select the transaction you want to view.
You’ll see a detailed view with all the payment information and status updates.

Payment statuses
Payment created: You’ve created the transaction and uploaded the contract/details.
Invoice created: The creator has seen the transaction and uploaded their invoice.
In processing: Modash is reviewing the details, and we might reach out for additional info.
Payment sent: Modash has confirmed everything, and the payment has been sent to the creator. Yay!
