You can now invite teammates to join your Modash account to share lists, monitoring campaigns, and more.
Every Modash plan allows you to add teammates, but only the team owner has full admin powers.
The Team Owner can:
Add or remove teammates
Update the Modash subscription
Manage billing info
Change the Team Owner email address
Transferring team ownership
If the current team owner is moving on, they can transfer ownership by updating the details to the new team owner’s information in their Account Settings.
If they can’t access the account, have them email us from the same domain at hello@modash.io, and we’ll help with the transfer.
Adding team members
Step 1: Click Add Member in the top-right corner or navigate to Manage team members.
Step 2: Enter their email address and click Send Invite.
When you invite a teammate who already has an active or trial account, they need to confirm the data will be erased from their previous account. If you'd like to merge the data from the previous and existing accounts, please contact support.
Removing team members
To remove a teammate, simply open the Manage team members section and click the Remove button next to their name.
Notes
You can't invite a teammate who is already a part of another team with the same e-mail.
You can't downgrade to a smaller plan without removing team members from the current account.
