You’re in full control of your subscription, and tweaking it is super easy. Just click your initials in the top-right corner to get started.
Once you’re in, select Plan & Billing. You’ll find three handy tabs waiting for you:
Upgrade – for when you’re ready to take things up a notch.
Current plan – a quick snapshot of where you’re at.
Billing – for all the money-payment stuff.
Adjusting Your Subscription
Ready to switch plans? Click Upgrade Plan and choose the plan that fits your needs.
⬆️ Upgrading? New features are active immediately! You’ll only pay for the new plan, minus any unused time on your old one.
⬇️ Downgrading? We can help! Reach out to our Support team, and we'll be happy to make any changes you'd like. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle—no surprises!
⭕ Cancelling? We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel, click Current plan and click the Cancel plan button under your current subscription. Your cancellation will take effect on your next billing date. Note: if you're trying to cancel a plan with an outstanding payment, please reach out to our Support team through the pink chat bubble at the bottom left.

Reviewing Your Usage
Curious about your current limits? Head to the Current plan tab to see a quick snapshot of your Modash activity.
Billing History and Information
To review your billing history or update payment details, click on the Billing details tab.
This page contains your company information, tax information, payment methods, and billing history.
Deleting your Modash account
If you’d like to delete your Modash account, simply email us at hello@modash.io or ping our Support, and we’ll take care of it for you.
