How changing your current subscription works

You’re in full control of your subscription, and tweaking it is super easy. Just click the blue circle in the top-right corner to get started.

Once you’re in, select Plan & Billing. You’ll find three handy tabs waiting for you:

  1. Upgrade – for when you’re ready to take things up a notch.

  2. Current Plan – a quick snapshot of where you’re at.

  3. Billing – for all the money-payment stuff.

Adjusting Your Subscription

Ready to switch plans? Click Upgrade Plan and choose the plan that fits your needs.

⬆️ Upgrading? New features are active immediately! You’ll only pay for the new plan, minus any unused time on your old one.

⬇️ Downgrading? Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle—no surprises!

Cancelling? We’ll be sad to see you go, but if you need to cancel, click Cancel Any Time under the plan options. Your cancellation will take effect on your next billing date.

Reviewing Your Usage

Curious about your current limits? Head to the Current Plan tab to see a quick snapshot of your Modash activity.

Billing History and Information

To review your billing history or update payment details, click on the Billing tab.

Canceling your plan? You can also do this under the Current Plan tab by scrolling down and clicking Cancel Plan. It’ll take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Deleting your Modash account

If you’d like to delete your Modash account, simply email us at hello@modash.io or ping our Support, and we’ll take care of it for you.
