You can temporarily pause your subscription for up to 3 months. It is a great option if you know you won’t be using your account for a little while (like having no clients at the moment etc.).  When you pause your subscription, it takes effect on the first day of your next billing cycle

To pause your Modash subscription:

  1. Visit your Plan&Billing page

  2. Locate the Switch plan section 

  3. Click downgrade

  4. Click Put my account on hold next to Pause Your Subscription at the bottom of that section

  5. Set the duration (up to 12 weeks)

  6. Click Submit

Your Modash subscription will be reactivated automatically after the specified duration and your credit card will be charged for your subscription on a recurring monthly or annually basis. The date your account is reactivated will be your new billing date going forward. If you choose to cancel while your account is paused, you will not be charged.

You can visit your Modash Plan&Billing page and reactivate your subscription at any time.
