Keeping your influencer lists organized is key to managing relationships effectively. With Modash, it’s easy to streamline your process and keep everything in one place. Here’s how 👇

Assign statuses

Statuses help you track where you stand with a creator. These pre-made categories make it simple to see the current stage of your relationship at a glance. For example:

  • Outreach started

  • Negotiating

  • Ghosted (if they’re not replying)

Statuses are visible across your team, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.

Create labels

Use Labels to make distinctions within a relationship list, or create sub-categories within a relationship list. For example, you could create Labels for:

  • Influencer tier

  • Niche (lifestyle, gaming, sports & fitness, wellness, beauty, etc.)

  • Content type (Image, video, unboxing, skits, etc.)

  • Relationship type (Affiliate, Ambassador, etc.)

  • Location

  • Dietary preferences

  • Language

Labels act as tags and can be sorted into groups. They’re also a good way to keep track of information that is important to know when collaborating with a creator.

For example, it might be important to know their dietary preferences, if they are a student, what language they speak, or any other characteristics.

Leave notes

Notes is an open and flexible field you can use to write anything else that is important for you or your team members to know about specific creators that Status or Labels haven’t covered.

Use this open field in whichever way suits you, your team, and your campaigns.

Some examples:

  • Add extra information about a Status. For example, when the status is hired, add the next steps in the notes. Or, that you’re waiting for the contract to be signed.

  • Add payment information. Use Notes to keep track of prices quoted by specific creators, or the price agreed to.

  • Add contact information. Modash has a field for email addresses. Use notes to include phone numbers or physical addresses.

Attach documents

Documents is where you can upload all documents related to a creator, such as briefs, contracts, invoices, and any other paperwork you use in your influencer marketing work.

Things to keep in mind:

  • PDFs only

  • Up to 10MB per document

  • 10 Documents per creator

Assign ownership

In your lists, you can assign an owner for the relationship with the creator. It’s especially useful when you are working in a team and need to know who owns this specific relationship.

Filtering in lists

Once you've got everything organized, you can use filters to quickly find influencers that match your criteria. Want to see only the creators you've already reached out to? Or maybe you're looking for everyone labeled student? No problem! The filtering options make it easy, and they work by clicking on the filtering icon (the three little lines) 👇
